  6. Attempted Delivery: No one home. They tried to deliver, but you weren't around. Don't worry, another try or a pickup can often be arranged.
  7. Shipment Delayed: Your package hit a snag. Bad weather or some operational hiccup means it's running behind. Express One will let you know once it's back on track. Just hang tight.
  8. Customs Clearance: Customs is poking around. Your parcel is getting checked over. Sometimes this takes a while, especially for international stuff. Be aware, any fees or missing papers could hold it up even longer.
