All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By purchasing any paid features or subscriptions, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Payments
All transactions are processed by Stripe on behalf of CLICKOR LTD.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the selected services.
Subscription Policy
The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period;
- You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription;
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
- partially used subscription periods;
- unused time;
- change of mind;
- accidental purchases.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in limited cases, including:
- duplicate charges;
- proven technical issues that prevent access to the paid service;
- unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However:
- By purchasing and immediately using the app’s paid features, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service;
- You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully or partially provided.

Chargebacks
