  5. Out for Delivery: The parcel is with a courier and will be delivered to the recipient soon.
  6. Delivered: The package has successfully reached its destination and has been handed to the recipient.
  7. Delivery Attempted: The courier tried to deliver the package but couldn’t, often due to the recipient being unavailable.
  8. Held at Facility: The parcel is being held at a RAM location, often awaiting further instructions or pickup.
  9. Customs Clearance: For international shipments, the package is undergoing customs inspection.
  10. Delayed: The parcel has encountered unexpected delays, such as weather issues or logistical disruptions.
  11. Returned to Sender: The package could not be delivered and is being sent back to the sender.
  12. Exception: An issue occurred, such as incorrect address details or damage to the parcel.
