Using a Tracking Number


  1. After your Vitacost order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

  2. This email includes a tracking number and a link to track the package.

  3. Click the link, or go to the carrier’s website and paste the number into the tracking field.

  4. You’ll see delivery progress and estimated arrival time.

Please note: tracking may take a few hours to become active once your package leaves the warehouse.


Tracking Through Your Vitacost Account


  1. Visit https://www.vitacost.com and sign in to your account.

  2. Click your name or the Account button at the top of the page.

  3. Go to Order History or My Orders.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?


Tracking numbers may take several hours—or up to 24 hours—to become active after your order leaves the warehouse. If it doesn’t work after that, double-check that you copied it correctly or contact support.


How long does Vitacost shipping take?
