StockX package tracking

How to Track a StockX Order

StockX has a unique fulfillment process that involves product authentication before shipping. This means tracking your StockX order works a bit differently from typical e-commerce. However, you can still follow your purchase from authentication to delivery through your account, with a tracking number, or via third-party tracking platforms. Here's how to stay updated every step of the way.

Step-by-Step: How to Track a StockX Order

Once you've placed your order on StockX, here are the main methods to track its progress.

Using a Tracking Number

  1. After your item passes authentication, StockX ships it out and emails you a tracking number.

  2. Open the email and click the provided tracking link, or copy the code.

  3. Visit the courier’s official website (usually UPS, FedEx, or DHL) or a tracking tool.

  4. Enter the tracking number to follow your shipment in real-time.

Note that StockX does not issue a tracking number immediately after purchase. You'll receive it only after the item is verified.

Tracking Through Your StockX Account

  1. Go to stockx.com and log in.
  2. Click on your profile icon and select My Account.
  3. Go to the Buying tab to see all active orders.
  4. Click the order you're tracking—if it's shipped, you’ll find the tracking number, courier, and status there.

If your order is still in the authentication stage, the tracking field will remain empty until it passes verification.

Using a Third-Party Tracker

  1. Copy your tracking number from the StockX shipping confirmation.
  2. Open a tracking platform like PackyApp.
  3. Paste in the tracking number and press Enter.
  4. Get live updates, location scans, and delivery estimates from the courier.

Third-party trackers are especially helpful for international deliveries or when using a mobile device.

StockX Tracking Number Format

StockX uses several carriers. The tracking number format will vary depending on which courier handles the final delivery:

You’ll only receive the tracking number after authentication is completed, not immediately after ordering.

Carriers Used by StockX

StockX works with trusted logistics partners to ensure secure delivery after product authentication. The specific courier varies based on region and delivery method:

  • UPS – Primary carrier in the U.S. for standard delivery
  • FedEx – Used for express shipments, both domestic and international
  • DHL Express – Handles most international deliveries outside North America
  • USPS – Sometimes used for last-mile service in rural areas or U.S. territories
  • Canada Post / Royal Mail – Used for regional deliveries in Canada and the UK

The choice of carrier is automatic and cannot be changed by the buyer. StockX selects the courier based on your location and shipping tier.

Common Issues & FAQs

Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet?

StockX does not ship items directly from the seller to you. First, the product is sent to StockX for authentication. Only after it passes verification will your tracking number be issued. This process can take 2–5 business days.

How long does delivery usually take?

  • U.S. domestic: 7–10 business days from order to delivery.
  • International: 10–14 business days, depending on customs and region.
  • Authentication alone: 2–3 business days after StockX receives the item.

If you're seeing delays longer than this, check your account or contact support.

What if my tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it?

  • Check common delivery points: mailbox, porch, concierge.

  • Ask neighbors or building staff if they accepted the parcel.

  • If still missing, contact the courier for delivery confirmation.

  • Then reach out to StockX support with your order number.

StockX can sometimes confirm the delivery location using GPS from the courier.

Why is my order stuck on “Authenticating”?

Verification usually takes 1–2 business days. However, during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or major drops), this can stretch to 3–5 days. You’ll be notified as soon as the item is verified and shipped.

Can I track my order if I checked out as a guest?

StockX requires an account to purchase, so guest checkout is not available. All tracking info is tied to your account, which you can access at any time under the “Buying” section.
