Network Tracking Number Format
Your tracking number’s format varies depending on the delivery service. Here’s a handy table:
| Carrier | Format Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| UPS | 1Z999AA10123456784 | Starts with “1Z”, 18 characters total |
| DHL Express | 1234567890 | Exactly 10 numbers |
| FedEx | 123456789012 | 12-digit numeric code |
| Network Xpress | NET-123456789012 | In-house ID with “NET-” prefix |
“1Z”? That’s handled by UPS. “NET-”? It’s the Network’s delivery service.

Order Delivery Statuses
Packages typically move through these status updates — here’s what they mean:
| Status | What It Means | What You Should Do |
|---|---|---|
| Order Placed | Network received your order and is preparing it | No action required |
| Shipped | Package left the warehouse | Delivery is on the move |
| In Transit | Shipment is on the way between facilities | Normal phase of delivery |
| Out for Delivery | Courier has your package and will deliver today | Be available to receive it |
| Delivered | Package has arrived at the destination | Check your door or mailbox |
| Exception | Minor issue (weather, customs, address mix-up) | Reach out to Network if unclear |
| Returned | Package is going back due to delivery failure | Contact support to sort a solution |
Seeing “Exception” or “Returned”? It’s best to contact the Network right away to clear it up.
Common Issues & FAQs
My tracking number isn’t updating. Why?
Carriers often take 6–12 hours to register your tracking code. Retrying or checking later usually solves it.
What’s the usual delivery time?
Within Turkey: 2–5 business days.
International: typically 7–20 business days, depending on customs and destination.
It shows as delivered, but I can’t find anything.
Check with neighbors and around your place. If it’s still missing, contact Network—they can verify with GPS scans or investigate.
I misplaced my tracking number—can I still track it?
Yes—just log in and go to My Orders. Guests can search the email for their order confirmation.
My tracking seems frozen — what now?
It’s common for scans to pause over weekends or holidays. If there’s no change for more than three business days, reach out to customer support.
