How to Track a Musinsa Order

After you order, Musinsa confirms via email. When your items are ready to ship, you receive another email with tracking number(s). These may include a Korean domestic courier number (like CJ Logistics or ePOST) and a second international number (EMS, DHL, or FedEx) once shipped out of Korea.

Using the Tracking Number

  • Open your shipment confirmation email.
  • Copy the tracking numbers—starting with a CJ Logistics or ePOST tracking code and ending with the international shipping code.
  • Visit the courier’s website (cjlogistics.com, korea-post.com, dhl.com, or fedex.com).
  • Paste the number into their tracking field and view the current status.

Common Issues & FAQs

Why isn’t my tracking number working? 

Domestic Korean tracking may become active quickly, but international tracking can take 24–48 hours. Check again later if no data appears.

How long will my Musinsa order take? 

  1. Korean domestic transit: 1–3 business days. 
  2. International via EMS: 7–14 business days. 
  3. International via DHL/FedEx: 5–10 business days, depending on customs and destination.

If the order says “Delivered” but I don’t have it, what should I do? 

Look around common delivery spots, then contact the local courier with your tracking number. If not resolved, contact Musinsa customer support via your account.

Can I change the shipping address after ordering? 

Not usually. Once the package is in transit, the carrier manages the route. In rare cases, you can contact the courier, but success is unlikely. Musinsa cannot change addresses after shipment.

My package is stuck at customs—how long could that last? 

Customs delays are common with international shipping and may last a few days to two weeks. If tracking is stuck longer, contact the customs office or courier with your tracking info.
