Modivo.de sends fashion-forward clothing, shoes, and accessories across Europe. Their delivery partners differ based on your country and chosen shipping speed—tracking your order helps you avoid delays or misplaced packages.

Tracking Using a Number

When your Modivo order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and courier (often UPS, DHL, DPD, or InPost). To track:


  • Copy the tracking code.
  • Paste it into the selected courier’s tracking tool.
  • Monitor shipment with live location and delivery updates.


Tracking usually activates within 12–24 hours.


Tracking via Your Modivo Account

You can also find your order there:

  • Go to modivo.de and log in.
  • Visit My Account → My Orders.
  • Select the order you want to track.
  • The courier name and tracking link will appear once shipped.

You can copy and paste the number if you prefer using PackyApp. 


Using PackyApp

For consolidated tracking:

  • Navigate to PackyApp.
  • Insert your order’s tracking number.
  • Click Track to view statuses and alerts.


Good for comparing multiple carriers in one feed.

FAQs & Helpful Advice

Why isn’t my tracking code working yet? 

Tracking may be registered only after the package enters the courier network—allow for 24 hours.

How long will it take? 

Domestic shipping (Poland, Germany): 1–4 days. 

International: 3–7 days across Europe; longer for non-EU countries.

What if delivery doesn’t arrive? 

Check your address, delivery spot, and courier notes. Contact the courier if the “Delivered” status appears. If not resolved, reach out to Modivo support.

Can I reroute or reschedule delivery? 

Many couriers let you specify pickup locations or reschedule—address changes aren’t possible after dispatch.
