Track Your Flo Order — Simple Guide for Stylish Home Items

Flo.com.tr offers elegant home décor, kitchen accessories, and design pieces that ship across Turkey and frequently to international destinations. Tracking becomes especially important when waiting on fragile or coordinated orders, and Flo makes it easy.

Tracking a Flo Order by Number

Once your package ships, Flo will email (or SMS) a tracking number, typically including the courier name—UPS, Aras Kargo, MNG, or PTT. Here's how to follow it:


  • Copy the tracking code.
  • Visit the relevant courier's website and paste the number into their tracking tool.
  • View live updates like in-transit status, hub scans, and estimated delivery.


Most couriers update tracking within hours, though slower if shipments are international or cross multiple partners.


Tracking Through Your Flo Account

To track without the email:

  • Log in to flo.com.tr using your account credentials.
  • Go to Siparişlerim (My Orders).
  • Select the shipped order—once it leaves the warehouse, tracking details appear.
  • You can click the provided tracking link or copy it for use elsewhere.


This method is secure and lets you track all order updates centrally.


Using PackyApp


If you prefer one clean interface: 


  1. Go to PackyApp.
  • Paste the Flo tracking number.
  • Click "Track" to monitor progress, including when the local courier picks up the package and updates in real time.


PackyApp is especially useful when Flo uses multiple couriers in one shipment.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Tracking not working yet? 

Give it 12–24 hours to activate. Check for any typos in the number.

How long will delivery take? 

PN Turkey (domestic): 1–3 business days. 

UPS/EU: 3–7 days, depending on customs. 

International: 7–14 days with hub transfers. 

Holiday peaks or customs delays can affect timing.

It shows “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What now? 

Check your property, mailbox, neighbors, or EMS lockers. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the courier—but also alert Flo right away.

Can I change the address post-shipping? 

Only before dispatch. Once the courier has it, changes aren't possible.
