Using a Tracking Number
Once shipped, Alza sends you a tracking number which you can use to track via courier (usually Alza’s service or Czech Post/DPD):
- Copy the number from your confirmation email.
- Paste it into the assigned carrier’s official tracker.
- View updates such as pickup, hub arrival, and final delivery.
Tracking is typically visible within a few hours after dispatch.
Tracking Through Your Alza Account
You can also track via your account:
- Log in to Alza.sk or Alza.cz.
- Go to My Orders (Môj účet).
- Select your order, and tracking details will be visible once dispatched.
