CLICKOR LTD — Terms & Conditions for Shipment Tracking API
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shipment Tracking API and related web dashboard (the "Service") operated by CLICKOR LTD.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process, billing, subscription management, and payment processing are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.
By purchasing any subscription or API usage limits, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds and billing-related matters are processed in accordance with Paddle's policies.
3. API Usage and License
CLICKOR LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Shipment Tracking API.
You agree not to:
- abuse or misuse the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- circumvent API rate limits or access restrictions;
- use the Service for unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent activities.
You must comply with the API rate limits associated with your subscription plan.
Any intentional abuse, automated exploitation, or malicious activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
4. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Carriers
The Service aggregates shipment tracking information from third-party carriers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, USPS, and national postal services.
While CLICKOR LTD strives to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or real-time availability of third-party tracking information.
Carrier systems may experience delays, outages, or inaccurate updates beyond our control.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, login credentials, and account access.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or API credentials.
CLICKOR LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
6. Changes to the Service and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice.
We may also update subscription pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles, and users will be notified in advance where required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLICKOR LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of the Service.
CLICKOR LTD shall not be responsible for losses caused by third-party carrier outages, inaccurate tracking data, delayed updates, or interruptions of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
