Detailed tracking statuses PFL
PFL provides several detailed tracking statuses to help customers stay informed about the progress of their parcels. Here are the most common tracking statuses and what they mean:
- Order Received: This status indicates that PFL has received the shipping details and is preparing to process the order. The parcel is in the system, but not yet dispatched.
- Package Dispatched: This means the parcel has been handed over to PFL for shipping and is en route to its destination.
- In Transit: This status shows that the parcel is currently on its way to the delivery address. It may be transferred through various hubs or transportation modes during this phase.
- Out for Delivery: The package has reached the local delivery hub and is on the final leg of its journey to your address. Expect delivery soon.
- Delivered: The parcel has been successfully delivered to the recipient. The package is now at its destination.
- Failed Delivery Attempt: If the delivery couldn’t be completed due to the recipient not being available or another issue, this status is displayed. A re-delivery attempt may be scheduled.
- Package Held: This status indicates that the parcel is being temporarily held at a facility, possibly due to customs clearance, additional delivery instructions, or other logistics-related issues.
- Exception: This status refers to any unexpected issue that has caused a delay in the delivery, such as weather, traffic, or customs complications.
- Customs Clearance: This means the package is being processed by customs and is awaiting approval for entry into the destination country.
- Package Returned: If the delivery was unsuccessful or the recipient refused the parcel, it may be returned to the sender. This status reflects that the package is on its way back.
- Ready for Pickup: If the recipient chooses to pick up the parcel from a local facility, this status indicates that the package is available for collection.
These tracking statuses give customers a clear idea of where their parcel is in the shipping process and allow them to take appropriate action if needed, such as scheduling a re-delivery or contacting customer service.
