Detailed tracking statuses Legion Express

Legion Express provides several detailed tracking statuses to help customers track their parcels effectively. Below are the most common tracking statuses along with their meanings:

  1. Order Received: This status indicates that the order has been registered in the Legion Express system. The parcel is yet to be picked up by the courier.
  2. Parcel Picked Up: The courier has collected the package from the sender, and it is now in transit to the sorting facility.
  3. In Transit: The package is on its way to the destination. It could be either within the country or in international transit, depending on the shipping route.
  4. Arrived at Sorting Facility: The package has reached the local sorting center or hub. From here, it will be sorted and sent to the next destination.
  5. Out for Delivery: The parcel is with the local delivery courier and is being transported to the recipient’s address for final delivery.
  6. Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient. This status is confirmed once the parcel is handed over to the customer.
  7. Attempted Delivery: The courier attempted to deliver the package, but the recipient was not available. A re-delivery or pickup might be scheduled.
  8. Held at Depot: The parcel is held at a local depot or sorting facility for pickup, either because of delivery issues or at the customer’s request.
  9. Customs Clearance: For international shipments, this status means the parcel is undergoing customs inspection before it can proceed with delivery.
  10. Delivered to Post Office: In some cases, the package may be delivered to a nearby post office for customer pickup, especially if delivery attempts failed.
  11. Undeliverable: The package could not be delivered due to issues like incorrect address, damaged parcel, or other delivery restrictions.
  12. Returned to Sender: If the parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts or due to address issues, it may be returned to the sender.

These tracking statuses allow customers to stay informed and take necessary actions when needed, ensuring a smooth delivery experience with Legion Express.
