How to Track an ASOS Order: A Simple Guide

You just hit “Complete Order” on ASOS — maybe some trendy jeans, cute dresses, or that statement coat you’ve been eyeing. Now comes the waiting part, and you're probably asking: “Where’s it at?” “When’s it arriving?” No worries! Tracking an ASOS order is easy once you know the steps. We’ll walk you through it, spoiler-free and zero guesswork.

How to Track an ASOS Order

ASOS gives you several options depending on how you checked out—logged in, guest checkout, or via the app. You can use your tracking number directly, access your order through your account, or check via guest lookup. Here’s how each method works:

Using Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, ASOS sends you an email titled something like “Your ASOS order has been dispatched” with your tracking number and a link to the courier.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Open that email from ASOS.

  2. Find the tracking code (usually a long string—depends on the carrier).

  3. Click the provided tracking link or copy the number.

  4. Go to the carrier’s website.

  5. Paste it into their search field and click Track.

Then you’ll get live updates—“In Transit,” “Departed,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered.” If you don’t see info immediately, don’t panic: tracking sometimes refreshes only after the first scan at a facility.

Tracking via Your ASOS Account

Logged in when you shopped? Even better.

  • Visit asos.com or open the ASOS app and sign in.
  • Click your account icon (top corner on desktop or bottom nav in the app).
  • Go to “My Orders”.
  • Select the order you want to track, then click “View tracking”.

This will show the courier, tracking number, current location, and estimated arrival date—no need to dig into emails.

Using Third-Party Tracking Apps

Prefer seeing everything in one place? Apps like PackyApp.

Copy the tracking number from ASOS and paste it into one of these apps. They’ll auto-detect the courier and give you push notifications as updates come in.

ASOS Tracking Number Formats

ASOS works with multiple carriers, so you might see a range of tracking formats. Here are some examples:

Common Issues & FAQs

No tracking info yet?
Email may take up to 24 hours to arrive post-shipment, especially over weekends. If it’s been longer, check spam or use account lookup.

Tracking not updating?
Sometimes carriers miss scans or there’s a short delay. If it stalls for 3+ days, reach out to ASOS.

It says “Delivered,” but nothing here?
Check around your front door, porch, with neighbors, or any safe drop spot. Still missing? Contact the courier, then ASOS support.

Can I reroute my order?
Once ASOS has shipped it, you might still request rerouting through the carrier, but fees or restrictions may apply.

How long does delivery take?
U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days
U.S. Express: 1–3 business days
UK/EU: 2–5 working days

Delays can occur during holidays or busy sales periods.
